Our Story
The Land Network National Engagement Strategy (LandNNES) in South Africa operates as a consultative civil society platform for convening members with a common perspective as a force for people-centred land governance.

Why LandNNES
Through LandNNES, civil society effectively engages public and private members in a national multi-stakeholder land governance platform. This platform provides a constructive space for action, coordinating diverse perspectives, and accelerating efficiency and efficacy for action.
Aim
To identify and act upon land governance-related challenges facing South Africa
LANDNNES assesses the adequacy of the existing land governance framework, formulating and advocating for appropriate land governance reforms.
Mission
To promote a people-centred land governance at country level
Policy change and implementation are promoted and supported with specific policy objectives determined and prioritised by ILC members and other stakeholders supporting LANDNNES.
